Usage Reports: where to find your organization's usage
Where to find usage, credit consumption and activity trends for your organization.
⚠ This article used to describe a Reports page that customers cannot open. That page is a Cesura-staff view and never appears in your navigation, not even for organization admins. Your organization's usage lives on the Credits page instead. This article points there.
Where your usage lives
| Organization Management → Credits | The credit balance and its health, what has been consumed over a date range and by whom, a runs-out estimate, purchase history, budgets and alerts. This is the account-wide view, for organization admins. |
| An activity's results page (inside its space) | Who took a specific activity, their scores and completion, and each person's full report. |
| Space analytics | Averages, score distribution and completion across one activity's participants. |
| Your History | The simulations you ran yourself. Not other people's results. |
Open the Credits page
- Sign in at app.cesura.ai.
- Open Organization Management from the main menu.
- Select Credits in the sidebar.
The page has five tabs: Overview, Budget management, Consumption, History and Alerts. It replaces the old Usage Report and Banks menu items, and old links to either open the matching tab. For a tour of every tab, see The Credits page: track balance and request more credits.
What you can answer there
- How much is left, and when will it run out? The Overview tab shows the balance with its health badge, the last purchase, what has been used since, and a runs-out estimate at the current pace.
- What have we spent, and on what? The Consumption tab breaks spending down over any date range, by kind of usage, user, space and simulation, so you can see whether spend is delivery or authoring.
- Who is spending it? The Overview tab lists the top users and budgets since the last purchase. To cap spend per person or per course, use Budget management. See User budgets and Project budgets.
- How do we get more? Select Buy more credits on the Overview tab to send Cesura a purchase request.
- Why was a run refused? See Why can't a learner start a simulation? Billing messages explained.
Getting the numbers out
For per-participant data you can analyze yourself, export from the activity's results page rather than from any usage screen. You get one row per run, with scores, completion and form answers. See Exporting your data to Excel for research & analysis.
