Finding your simulations in the Library

All the simulations you create live in your Library. If you can’t find one you made, here’s where to look and why it might not appear.

Open your Library

Go to Library from the main navigation. It shows every simulation you can access, as cards or a list. You can:

  • Search by name with the box at the top.
  • Filter by Creator to show only simulations made by a specific person.
  • Filter by purpose to show only Training, Assessment, Exam, or Screening simulations.
  • Sort by name, last updated, or created date.

The list loads more as you scroll, so keep scrolling if you have a lot of simulations.

Open or edit an existing simulation

  1. Find the simulation’s card in the Library.
  2. Use the card’s Run, Share, or Edit buttons — or click the card itself to open it in the editor.
  3. For more actions, open the card’s ⋮ (three-dot) menu — e.g. View Report to see results across all of its runs, Create Testing Space, or Assign.

"My simulation isn’t showing — where did it go?"

If a simulation you created isn’t in your Library, the usual reasons are:

  • You’re signed in with a different account. Your Library shows simulations for the organization your account belongs to. If you have more than one login (e.g. a personal vs. an institutional email), sign in with the account you used to create the simulation.
  • A search or filter is hiding it. Clear the search box and set Filter by Creator and Filter by purpose back to all to show everything. A simulation with no purpose set disappears whenever a purpose filter is on.
  • Someone else created it. A simulation made by another person appears in your Library only after they share it with you (organization admins see all of their organization’s simulations). Ask the owner to share it with you.
  • You built it before you joined your organization. Content created on a personal account is claimed by your organization when you join it, so it moves into the organization’s Library alongside everyone else’s — and your organization’s administrators can see it. If something you made earlier seems to have moved rather than vanished, this is why.
  • It was deleted. A deleted simulation is removed from the Library. If it was removed by mistake, reach out through Contact support under Get help in the sidebar.
